Welcome
At Child, Adolescent, and Adult Counseling of Denver, we are dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families discover a sense of freedom and well-being. Since 2014, our focus has been on supporting children, teens, and their parents. As we gained a deeper understanding of attachment and development, we recognized the transformative potential of applying this knowledge to adults. This led us to expand from Child and Adolescent Counseling of Denver to include adult services as Child, Adolescent, and Adult Counseling of Denver. While early intervention can set youth up for success, it’s never too late for adults to rewire their thinking. Your brain has the remarkable ability to adapt and create new pathways, enabling you to overcome negative patterns, reduce anxiety, and build confidence at any stage of life.
At Denver CAC, we prioritize creating a welcoming and safe therapeutic environment. We understand how vulnerable it can feel to share personal struggles, and we meet each client with empathy, acceptance, and grace. Whether you’re a parent searching for support for your child or an individual feeling overwhelmed, our clinicians are here to provide judgment-free care and guidance.
